The owners of 501 Henry Gilman wished to add high-speed Internet access to the list of amenities offered by the property, but they didn't want to lay out any capital or get wrapped into a long term contract obligating them to purchase anything. So ResTech Services answered their call by negotiating a right-of-entry agreement that allowed for sale of ResTech's high-speed 10 megabit Internet service to individual tenants.
