Steve Brown Apartments wanted to add something to its premier Gold Key properties that couldn't be had anywhere else, so in 2001 they entered into a bulk Internet access agreement with ResTech Services to provide 384Kbps Internet service to all of the Gold Key Properties. The properties in question underwent a post-wiring project and soon thereafter Internet service was established covering all properties, all at no upfront capital expense to Steve Brown Apartments.
