Terms of Service v1.2, 20060922

This Terms of Service ('TOS') agreement is incorporated by reference in your Subscription and your service terms with ResTech Services and your compliance with this TOS is an essential part of the terms of your internet access. By your use of internet access provided through ResTech Services, LLC ('ResTech'), you agree to all of the terms and provisions of this TOS. By ordering a subscription, you agree to be bound to these Terms of Service.

Cancellation Policy

Your service will continue month-to-month until you choose to cancel. To cancel, call 608-663-3868 9AM-5PM US Central Time Monday through Friday or email info@restechservices.net.

ResTech will issue a full refund on cancelled new orders within 24 hours if the service proves unsatisfactory.

If you cancel your order in the first month of subscription, you will be charged the then current activation fee from the time of your signup.

If you cancel your subscription after the initial 24 hour period, you will receive no pro-ration of charge for your current month's subscription, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If you cancel your subscription after 24 hours and had applied for the 'first month free promotion', you will be charged for three months of subscription at the then current subscription rate at the time of your sign up.

When your order is initially placed, your credit or debit card will be authorized (but not charged) for the amount of $25. Within 3-10 business days, the correct charge for your initial billing period will be applied.

Amendments to TOS

ResTech may from time to time amend this TOS to further detail or describe reasonable policies concerning your use of the subscription.
