Getting set up with DIRECTV Stream starts with a call to ResTech Services or by visiting the order page for your property. Select the package, number of steaming devices you will need, and any add-ons and submit.
Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by ResTech Services to finish the order process, as well as to take care of any administrative requirements for establishing new DIRECTV Stream customers.
After that process is completed you will receive an DIRECTV Stream package including your specified number of DIRECTV Stream streaming devices, as well as instructions for self-installation.
Service & Support After Installation.
Once your account has been created with ResTech Services, and your service has been established, residents are free to contact DIRECTV Stream directly for any package upgrades or premiere add-ons.
Similarly, any billing changes, cancelations, etc. must be made by contacting DIRECTV Stream directly.
