If you want to, try these basic troubleshooting steps.
- An oldie but a goodie: try restarting your computer
- Verify all of your connections are secure (network jack, wifi card)
- If you are using WiFi, try using it somewhere it has worked before (you may be in a 'dark' spot, but still let us know so we can improve coverage)
- If you are using a network jack, try a different or known-working jack if one is available
- If you are using a network jack, check your cable for damage
- If another is available, try a different computer
- If possible reset your digital voice subscriber unit by unplugging the power adapter for fifteen seconds and, after returning power waiting one minute for the blue status light to return
- If the blue light on the voice subscriber unit is out, confirm the connected Internet connection is working
