General Bulk service includes a basic channel package and standard definition receivers. The receivers will not be in place at move in and must be ordered through Restech Services. The name of one representative for your unit must be placed on the DIRECTV account associated with your unit.
Receiver requests can be placed online at https//order.restechservices.net, or by contacting ResTech Services directly at 608-663-3868. It is best to place the order for the entire unit at once. Please coordinate with any roommates you have to avoid duplicate orders or confusion.
Any additional receivers can be obtained by contacting ResTech Services. Each viewing television requires it’s own receiver.
Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by ResTech Services to set up an installation appointment. You must be present at the time of installation to sign a DIRECTV® receiver lease addendum.
We ask that all televisions and entertainment centers be ready to go at the time of install and that any necessary cable jacks be fully accessible.
Upgrading Your Entertainment Options
Once your account has been created with ResTech Services, and your service has been established residents are free to contact DIRECTV directly for any package upgrades or premiere add-ons.
Please note: Upgrading your account automatically signs you up for a 12 month commitment with DIRECTV®.
Similarly, any billing changes, cancelations, etc. must be made by contacting DIRECTV directly.
Residents experiencing physical technical issues, loss of signal, broken receivers, etc. may contact ResTech Services for support.
