To set up services with DIRECTV, users can visit and fill out our DIRECTV Order Request Form, or call ResTech Services directly at 608-663-3868.
Because the setup of Apartments and Condos is different from standard, single-home installations, new customers are unable to setup services at the associated properties by calling DIRECTV directly.
Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by ResTech Services to set up an installation appointment, as well as to take care of any administrative requirements for establishing new DIRECTV customers.
You must be present at the time of installation to sign a DIRECTV® receiver lease addendum. We ask that all televisions and entertainment centers be ready to go at the time of install and that any necessary cable jacks be fully accessible.
Service & Support After Installation.
Once your account has been created with ResTech Services, and your service has been established residents are free to contact DIRECTV directly for any package upgrades or premiere add-ons.
Similarly, any billing changes, cancelations, etc. must be made by contacting DIRECTV directly.
Residents experiencing physical technical issues, loss of signal, broken receivers, etc. may contact ResTech Services for support.
