Good news! You can bring your existing phone number with you.

According to FCC regulations, you have the right to keep your number when switching to our service, as long as you stay in the same geographic area.

How to Switch (It’s Easy!)

Simply contact ResTech Services and we will walk you through the entire port authorization process. You can also start the process on your own, using our phone port form.

Before you do that, there are some important things to consider:

• Keep your your existing service active until your number is fully ported. Once a number is disconnected, it’s often impossible to get back.
• Settle any outstanding balances with your current provider to avoid delays in the transfer process.
• Plan ahead. A typical port can take up to two weeks to complete
• Don’t cancel your existing service early. We can’t stress this enough!
  Telling a customer that their number has been lost and that they’ll need to update all of their contacts and accounts is one of our least favorite things. Nobody wants that.
